The founder of the Zomato and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goyal Deal gets a decent round of criticism to announce that food delivery companies and food ingredients online will send food to customers in 10 minutes. The question is not whether the idea will work or not, but do we lose something greater vision here. Two questions arise: Pandering is more aggressive for the needs of instant satisfaction from some good customers? And when to treat the interests of workers as a secondary business interest can be accepted?
The speed is now the main point of differentiation between one shipping company and others, and it’s not a bad thing in itself. But when the speed is the only distinguishing, it is clear that the social benefits greater than this business innovation cannot be left unanswered. The race to provide faster and faster began last year, when Dunzo announced that it would produce under 19 minutes. It was quickly followed by Grofers who converted himself to blink for 10 minutes delivery. Zomato joins Blinkit in all stock agreements to use this instant shipping option for the food delivery business.
