Tata Motors today launched the new Nexon Ev Max, in ₹ 17.74 LAKH (Ex-Showroom All India). Nexon EV Max has only been powered by high voltage Ziptron technology and will be available in two TRIM options; Nexon Ev Max XZ+ and Nexon Ev Max XZ+ Lux. It will come in 3 colors; Intensive-Teal (Exclusive for Nexon Ev Max), Daytona Gray and White Pristine. Double tone body color will be offered as standard.The upper class model Tata Nexon Ev Max has been valued at a price of ₹ 19.24 LAKH (ex-showroom).
Equipped with a 40.5 kWh lithium-ion battery package, Nexon EV Max offers a 33% higher battery capacity, providing an Arai 437 km certified range (under standard testing conditions). Nexon EV Max produces 105 kW power (143 PS) and produces 250 Nm of torque available during the pedal boost, producing 0 to 100 times the sprint under 9 seconds.
Tata Nexon EV Max will be available with a 3.3 kw charger option or a 7.2 kw AC fast charger. Fast charger 7.2 kw AC can be installed at home or at work, which helps reduce charging time to 6.5 hours. Nexon Ev Max will support the faster charging time of 0-80% in just 56 minutes from a 50 kw DC fast charger, company claim.
Nexon EV Max features 3 Mode Driving – Eco, City and Sport and get eight new features in the increased Zconnect 2.0 car technology. The Zconnect application offers 48 connected car features. This will help in achieving deeper drive and diagnostic analysis. The ADD-on feature list includes integration of smart watches, automatic/manual DTC examination, setting limits for charging, monthly vehicle reports, and increased analytical drive.
With Nexon Ev Max, Tata Motors introduces the multi-mode regen feature that will help customers to easily adjust the level of regenerative braking through the switch on the floor console. Customers can choose between 4 regen levels based on driving conditions: Level 0 with braking of Nile recovery, up to the highest level 3 helps driving a single pedal.
Nexon Max consists of enhanced safety features such as ESP with I-VBAC (Intelligent-Vacuum-Less Boost & Active Control), Hill Hold, Hill Descent Control, Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Vehicle Hold and all 4-Disc brakes.Nexon Ev Max comes with a battery and motorbike package that is assessed by IP67 for weather resistant performance. The battery and the Nexon EV Max motorbike warranty are 8 years or 160,000 km.
