Microsoft has announced the release of Outlook Lite in certain markets. As the name suggests, this is the ‘lite’ version of the main application, which is designed for a budget smartphone. This means that mobile phones with low RAM and storage configurations can run light applications, although you might lose some features that include the main application. Microsoft says this application even works with an Android smartphone with 1GB RAM. However, users must note that this application is not available on the iPhone, such as the lite version of various applications such as Facebook Lite and Instagram Lite. Microsoft said that Outlook Lite will empower users using light mobile devices around the world.
This application can benefit many users, because many office customers and businesses choose Microsoft or Google Services. Lite applications are available in Argentina, Brazil, Chili, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Mexico, Peru, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Venezuela. Microsoft said it would be released in other markets later on. Microsoft Outlook Lite app features:
